PPRA Rules Query on Procurement Procedures

Client Query 077:- Hi, hope all is well at your end. Wanted to ask that if some second hand or used item is required to be procured will it be mandatory to categorically mention second hand or used in the purchase order or saying just value for money is sufficient? Your early response in this regard will be appreciated.
