They have been working with PSO since 2003 to cater business Call Centre equipped with state of art technology. Over a period of time PSO investment from the beginning to date has become approximately 8.7 Million Rupees. The hardware and software provided from a company namely, Dialogic Inc. USA which is the leading company in Telecommunications in the world, further it requires PSO to obtain licenses from Dialogic and those can only be provided by the Authorized Agent of Dialogic in Pakistan. Hence can this procurement be preceded according to Rule 42 c (iii)? Your help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
