Client Query 023:-Hello hope you doing well. While uploading the tender there is a field “estimated cost” in the tender form. Can we mention the estimated cost? Is it a must to mention the estimated cost? While acquiring bids from pre-qualified vendors can we convey the engineering estimate to them? Your kind assistance in this regard would be appreciated.

Answer:- Thank you very much for writing to us. There is no such provision mentioning the upper or lower limit of offered price than the estimated cost either to accept or reject the bid in Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and the relevant regulations.
