Answer:- Thank you for writing to us! There is no specific time limit for extending the deadline based on the request of the bidder. A procuring agency is, however, required to properly assess the nature and complexity involved in the procurement and completion of bidding documents by the bidders. A decision can be taken by the procuring agency before the closing date and time keeping in view the above and other involved factors. Hope this answers your question!
