Pensioners’ Benefit Account Rules, 2003

            S.R.O. 606(1)/2003, dated 19-6-2003.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Public Debt act, 1944 (XVIII of 1944), and all other powers in this behalf, the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in the pensioners’ Benefit Account Rules, 2003 namely:—

            In the aforesaid Rules, in rule 4, after the words and comma “Provincial Government,” the words and comma “Azad government of the State of Jammu and Kashmir”, shall be inserted.
