ORDER

TEXTILE QUOTA MANAGEMENT POLICY ORDER, 2001

[Gazette of Pakistan, Extraordinary, Part-II 26th December, 2003]

            S.R.O. 1120(I)/2003.—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1950 (XXXIX of 1950), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the textile Quota Management Policy order, 2001, namely:–

            In the aforesaid order in paragraph 11, in sub-paragraph (3) in clause (a), after the word “category” occurring second time, the following shall be added, namely—

            “except for quota transferred in after the date of advance reservation from  FCFS. Furthermore, transfer-Out will also be allowed after forfeiture of security deposit of unutilized quantities of advance reservation.”
