Notifications Regarding Offences Triable by Special Judges

 

            No. 16/15/49-Police, dated the 4th June, 1949.-In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of section 3 of the Pakistan Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1948 (XIX of 1948), the Federal Government is pleased to notify that the offences specified below shall be offences for the purpose of the said section:
Offences punishable under sections 120-B, 201 and 511 of the Pakistan Penal Code (Act XLV of 1860).

            No. 18/35/49-Police dated the 22nd September, 1949.–In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of section 3 of the Pakistan Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1948 (XIX of 1948) the Federal Government is pleased to notify offences under the Cotton Textile (Control of Movement) Order, 1946, to be offences triable by the Special Judge appointed under the said Act.

            No. 49/79/51-Police (I), dated the 28th April 1952. In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of section 3 of the Pakistan Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1948 (XIX of 1948), the Federal Government is pleased to notify that the offences specified below shall be offences for the purpose of the Act.

Offences punishable under the Official Secrets Act, 1923 (XIX of 1923).
