Notification u/s 3 of the special police establishment ordinance, 1948 regarding offences relating to misconduct

            S.R.O. 394.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Pakistan Special Police Establishment Ordinance, 1948 (VIII of 1948), the Central Government is pleased to direct that offences falling within the expression ‘misconduct’, as defined in:
(i) Article 2(a) of the Public Offices (Disqualification) Order, 1959 (President’s Order No. 3 of 1959), or
(ii) Article 2(c) of the Elective Bodies (Disqualification) Order, 1959 (President’s Order No, 13 of 1959), may be investigated by the Pakistan Special Police Establishment.
