Notification regarding Application of Pakistan Special Police Establishment Ordinance, 1948

No. S.R.O. 36(R)/66, dated the 8th March, 1966.-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of Article 223 of the Constitution, the President of Pakistan has framed Regulation I of 1966, whereunder:
(1) The Prevention of Corruption Act, the Pakistan Special Police Establishment Ordinance, 1948 and the Pakistan Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1958, shall apply to the Tribal Areas of the Peshawar Division as they apply to other parts of West Pakistan.

(2) The Pakistan Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1958, shall apply to the Tribal Area of the Quetta Division as it applies to other parts of West Pakistan.
