Natural Gas (Price for Supplies by Producers) Rules, 1976

S.R.O. 1100(1)/2003, dated 11.12.2003.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 3 of the Natural Gas (Price for Supplies by Producers) Rules, 1976, and in super session of its Notification No. S.R.O. 198(1)/2003, dated the 8^th July, 2003 the Authority is pleased to fix the price in respect of Sari Hundi gas delivered by the Oil and Gas Development company Limited to sui Southern Gas Company Limited, at the agreed delivery point in the gas filed with effect from:–

(a) the Ist July, 2002, at the rate of Rs. 91.41/Mcft (Rs. 107.04 per MMBTU); and

(b) the Ist January, 2003, at the rate of Rs. 105.32/Mcft (Rs. 123.33 per MMBTU).
