S.R.O. 549(1)/2003, dated 11-6-2003.—In exercise of the Powers conferred by section 6 of the Federal Investigation Agency, Act, 1974 (VIII of 1975), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in the Schedule of the Said Act namely:—

            In the aforesaid schedule, a new entry (24) may be made:–

“Offences punishable under the National Database and Registration Authority Ordinance, 2002”.
