S.R.O. 965(I)/79.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (vi) of Clause (g) of section 3 of the Drugs Act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976), the Federal Government is pleased to declare Royal Jelly and preparations of Ginseng in all forms to be ‘drugs’ for the purposes of the said act.
