Notification

Islamabad, the 27th September, 2000

S.R.O. 674(I)/2000.– In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Drugs Act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 551(I)/2000, dated the 11th August, 2000, namely:–

In the aforesaid Notification, in the Schedule:–

(1) against Serial No. 279 in the first column, in the fifth column, for the figure “286.20/20” the letters and figure “Rs. 238.50/20’s” shall be substituted;

(2) against Serial No. 296 in the first column, in the fifth column for the figure “365.08/15” the letters and figure “Rs. 356.08/15’s” shall be substituted;

(3) against Serial No. 544 in the first column, in the fifth column for the figure “0.91/1” the letters and figure “Rs. 0.85/1” shall be substituted;

(4) against Serial No. 583 in the first column, in the fifth column for the figure “1186.27/100” the letters and figure “Rs. 1452.60/100” shall be substituted;

(5) against Serial No. 677 in the first column, in the fifth column for the figure and letter “42.50/ml” the letters and figure “Rs. 21.00/7.5 ml” shall be substituted;

(6) against Serial No. 11 in the first column, in the fifth column for the figure “110.78/100” the letters and figure “Rs. 120.88/100” shall be substituted;

(7) against Serial No. 483 in the first column, in the fifth column for the figure “114.98/10×10” the letters and figure “Rs. 137.37/10×10” shall be substituted;

(8) against Serial No. 555 in the first column, in the fifth column for the figure “159.81/10ml vial” the letters and figure “Rs. 188.60/10ml vial” shall be substituted;

(9) against Serial No. 558 in the first column, in the fifth column for the figure “159.81/10ml vial” the letters and figure “Rs. 191.76/10ml vial” shall be substituted;

(10) against Serial No. 573 in the first column, in the fifth column for the figure “159.81/10ml vial” the letters and figure “Rs. 191.76/10ml vial” shall be substituted;

(11) against Serial No. 732 in the first column in the fifth column for the figure “82.08/10’s” the letters and figure “Rs. 102.60/10” shall be substituted;

(12) against Serial No. 652 in the first column, in the second column for the word “Vinblastine” the word “Vineristine” shall be substituted;

(13) against Serial No. 653 in the first column, in the second column for the word “Vinblastine” the word “Vincristine” shall be substituted;

(14) against Serial No. 578 in the first column, in the fifth column for the figure “63.87/50″ the letters and figure Rs. 38.53/50” shall be substituted;

(15) against Serial No. 579 in the first column, in the fifth column for the figure “53.49/50” the letters and figure “Rs. 63.88/50” shall be substituted;

(16) against Serial No. 580 in the first column, in the fifth column for the figure “46.78/30” the letters and figure “Rs. 55.44/30” shall be substituted;

(17) against Serial No. 354 in the first column, in the fifth column for the figure “91.55/100” the letters and figure “Rs. 95.80/100” shall be substituted;

(18) against Serial No. 188 in the first column, in the second column for the word “Cefotoxime” the word “Ceftizoxime” shall be substituted;

(19) against Serial No. 189 in the first column, in the second column for the word “Cefotoxime” the word “Ceftizoxime” shall be substituted; and

(20) against Serial No. 190 in the first column, in the second column for the word “Cefotoxime” the word “Ceftizoxime” shall be substituted.
