S.R.O. 1899 (1)/98. – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (vi) of clause (g) of section 3 of the Drugs Act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976), the Federal Government is pleased to declare the following substances to be a “drug” for the purpose of the said Act, namely: –

                  “Any tooth powder containing phenol.”
