NOTIFICATION
Islamabad, the 9th March, 2002
S.R.O. 146 (I)/2002. __In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Drugs Act, 1976, (XXXI of 1976), the Federal Government is pleased to fix the maximum retail price specified in column (6) of the table below on which the drugs manufactured by various pharmaceutical firms specified in column (2) thereof, shall be sold.
2. This notification shall be applicable on the drugs manufactured on and after 15th march, 2002.
