DECLARATION OF POLICE STATION UNDER

CR. P. C.

S.R.O. 741(l)/77.–In exercise of the powers conferred by Explanation to subsection (4) of section 9 of the Pakistan Railways Police Act, 1977 (VII of 1977) the Federal Government is pleased to declare every place generally or specially declared under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (Act V of 1898), to be a Police Station or Police Post of the Railways Police of any Province before the commencement of the said Act, to he ‘Police Station’ within the meaning of the said Code.
