Cancellation of notifications

            No. 13/58-Police (II), dated 31st July, 1956.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Pakistan Special Police Establishment Ordinance, 1948 (VIII of 1948), the Central Government is pleased to cancel the Ministry of the Interior (Home Division), Notification Nos. 18/35749-Police (II), dated the 5th October, 1949 and the 23rd June, 1950 [authorizing investigation of offences, under the Cotton Textile (Control of Movement) Order, 1946, and offences falling within the expression misconduct as defined in the Public and Representative Offices (Disqualification) Act, 1949, respectively].
