PETROLEUM PRODUCTS (PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT LEVY) ORDINANCE, 1961
(XXV OF 1961)

S.R.O. 1128(I)/2003, Dated 30.12.2003.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Petroleum Products (Petroleum Development Levy) Ordinance, 1961 (XXV of 1961), read with this Ministry’s Notification No. S.R.O. 551(1)/91, dated the 11th June, 1991, and in super session of this Ministry’s Notification No S.R.O. 873(I)/2002, dated the 30th November, 2002, the Director General (Oil), Ministry of petroleum and Natural Resources, Government of Pakistan, hereby determine, in respect of the petroleum products, refined by all the refineries in Pakistan and imports, specified in column (1) of the Table below the rate of petroleum development levy specified in column (2) of that Table, namely:—
