NOTIFICATIONS UNDER SECTION 3 SPECIFYING OFFENCES OR CLASSES OF OFFENCES TO BE INVESTIGATED BY THE PAKISTAN SPECIAL POLICE ESTABLISHMENT

            No. l/11/50-Police (II), dated the 11th July, 1950.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Pakistan Special Police Establishment Ordinance, 1948 (VIII of 1948), the Central Government is pleased to direct that the offences under the Foreign Exchange Regulations Act, 1947 (VII of 1947), may be investigated by the Pakistan Special Police Establishment.
