NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 3 OF THE PAKISTAN SPECIAL POLICE ESTABLISHMENT ORDINANCE, 1948 REGARDING OFFENCES UNDER SEA CUSTOMS ACT, 1878

            No. 1/9/54-Police (II), dated the 21st December, 1955.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Pakistan Special Police Establishment Ordinance, 1948 (VIII of 1948), the Central Government is pleased to direct that the offences specified below shall be investigated by the Pakistan Special Police Establishment.

Offences punishable under section 167 of the Sea Customs Act, 1878 (VIII of 1878).

This notification shall be deemed to have come into force from the 15th October, 1955.
