No. 1/18/55-Police (II), dated the 30th November, 1955.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Pakistan Special Police Establishment Ordinance, 1948 (VIII of 1948) the Central Government is pleased to direct that the offences specified below shall be investigated by the Pakistan Special Police Establishment:-
Offences under sections 489-A, 489-B, 489-C, 489-D and 489-E of the Pakistan Penal Code (Act XLV of 1860), committed in connection with matters concerning the Central Government.
