S.R.O. 475(I)/91.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Drugs Act, 1976 (XXXI of 1976), the Federal Government is pleased to fix the maximum retail prices of all locally manufactured drugs, except as hereinafter provided by adding 9.50 percent to the existing maximum retail prices:

Provided that nothing contained in this notification shall apply to-

(i) any drug whose price has been fixed or increased on or after the 1st January, 1990; and

(ii) any drug which has been exempted from the provision of section 12 of the aforesaid Act.
