Pakistan Essential Services (Maintenance) Act 1952 —-S. 3—Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art.25—Notification dated 20-2-1989 under S.3, Pakistan Essential Services (Maintenance) Act, 1952-declaring all classes of employment under Oil and Gas Organizations except employment under the Pakistan State Oil Company Limited to be the employment to which the said Act applied, held, was based on proper appreciation of facts and amounted to reasonable classification.
