Client Query 075:- Hello, we wanted to discuss a scenario with you! There was an employee of our company whom we terminated from company due to his misconduct. Now he has established a firm which he got registered from FBR. His firm ABC has requested us for issuance of tender documents. Your guidance is required as per PPRA Rules that can we issue tender documents to a firm whose owner was a terminated employee of our company and it is pertinent to mention here that we have not blacklisted his firm ABC.
