Client Query 014:- Greetings! Hope all is well. My query is that is a bidder allowed to offer enhancement on the total amount of bid which has been submitted already? Is it true that a bidder can offer debate on the total amount of bid?

Answer:- Thank you very much for writing to us. It may be noted that reduction of rates, rebates, discounts etc. from the bidders during the process of bid evaluation until award of contract to the lowest evaluated bidder are not allowed.
