Client Query 107:- Hello wanted to discuss a scenario with your firm so that we can get the best point of view from your experts. Now if a tender term was set for the procurement /installation of ACs for bidders “to submit rate inclusive of all taxes”. All bidders have quoted their bids for ACs with GST, but one bidder have quoted price of ACs as GST exempted in accordance with SRO 525(1/2008) dated 11th June, 2008. On query both confirmed that their prices with taxes are correct. Can we evaluate the prices whatever prices the bidder has quoted inclusive of all taxes in accordance with tender term?
