Client Query 147:- Hi, wanted to ask that one of the Public Company floated the tender in year 2015, both technical & commercial envelopes was also opened, then tender was cancelled by the authority and bid security refunded to all the bidders after cancellation, Now in May 2017, that public company started the correspondence with bidders and advised them to provide the bid security and extend the validity of their offer against that cancelled tender.In this regard, we needed your clarification that can that public company reactivate that cancelled tender?
