Now According to PPRA Rule 39, the organization seeks in the Bidding Documents 05 to 10% as performance guarantee from the successful bidder. Kindly confirm the exact percentage of the performance guarantee to be obtained. Please confirm whether 10% performance guarantee against the contracts be obtained. Moreover, we retain the said performance bond till the completion of warranty period.

The form and percentage of performance guarantee (range from 1-10%) is required to be decided by the procuring agency itself which shall be clearly mentioned in the tender notice/bidding documents and it can be retained as per terms and conditions mentioned in the bidding documents.
