In addition, to aforesaid rules can public entities procure services such as Security services/courier, services/appointment of Auditors etc., using the “PP Regulations For Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations 2010” only instead of PP rules 2004? Answer:- Thank you for writing to us! As per your query, Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010 are applicable for procuring consulting services of professionals. However, for procuring non-consulting services, Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and other regulations shall be followed.
