Client Query 046:- Hi, Wanted to discuss a query from the experts of your firm. We are actually entering into limited tendering for procurement of sensitive parts and have selected few suppliers for inviting offers. Now according to PPRA Rules can you please clarify how many days should be given for submission of bids?

Hassan Niaz, London, Uk

Answer:- Thank you very much for writing to us. As per Public Procurement Rules, 2004, this is the only define time period in case of open competitive bidding while resorting to direct contracting after fulfilling any one of the conditions. Its up to the procuring agency to give appropriate time for submission of bids to the bidders. Hope this will help you!
