How are wills executed legally for non-muslims?

Generally, a will by a non-Muslim Pakistani must be in writing and signed by the testator or some person on his behalf and in his presence. The signature must indicate that contents of the will were being approved. Signature must further be attested and the attesting witnesses must have seen the testator, or his attorney, sign in their presence or received an acknowledgment by testator of the signing of the will. Witnesses must each sign in presence of testator but need not sign in each other’s presence.
