Client Query 003 Hello we have a query for which we need your kind assistance. It has been seen that PTVC advertised tenders from interested parties for construction work about 3 years ago. Only technical bids were invited. The interested parties were short-listed. Due to one reason or other the process was stopped. Now we wish to start the process again. Therefore, it is requested to please inform us that is it possible to invite Financial bids from the same parties or we have to call fresh tenders altogether? Thankyou
