Client Query 018:- Hello! Wanted a clarification on one thing. We have clearly mentioned in our tender document that supplier must attach tender fee with technical quotations/offers. Can we accept offers in the following scenarios; 1) Supplier has not provided tender fee 2) Supplier has provided photocopy of receipt 3) Supplier has deposited and provided combined tender fee against many tenders and attached copy of receipt with each tender.
